Joia Hotel, Pocos de Caldas

My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The location was great, with plenty of food and shopping places around, but the room was extremely cold and it's disappointing they didn't have heating. The staff was friendly, but the overall cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. I did appreciate the fresh pastries at breakfast, but it didn’t quite make up for the other issues.
